There could be a few different reasons you're stuck on the My Account page; below are some of the most common ones:
- Your account was closed (please contact enquiries@nurole.com if you'd like to reopen it)
- You've logged in with an incorrect e-mail address (it may be that you registered with a slightly different e-mail, or there may be some differences in the domain e.g. @googlemail.com vs @gmail.com or @btinternet.com vs @btopenworld.com)
