The word count in my application's text box is incorrect

This can occur if text is copied and pasted from an external source, such as a CV Word document or PDF. Hidden formatting such as invisible characters are sometimes carried over into the text box on the Nurole website, resulting in an erroneous word count. To solve this, you can:

1. Type out your text in the application box to avoid any external formatting
2. Use the 'Paste as plain text/match style' when right-clicking and pasting into the text box
3. Only copying and pasting from documents with simple formatting, such as Notepad or Notes
