Although anyone can request to join Nurole, our members typically have previous board experience either as a senior executive (MD, VP or C-level) or independent director / chair. This should be within the last 10 years for a commercial company with at least c. £10m annual revenue or a well-known charity with c. £1m annual income.
We’re also always keen to hear from people on their way to this level. They should be able to show leadership experience that has readied them for a board-level position and ideally have a recommendation from an existing member.
